Our real estate investment business focuses on commercial multifamily properties, such as apartment buildings and multifamily properties with a minimum of 5 units. We look for opportunities in both existing buildings and new development.

We use a combination of market research and financial analysis to determine which properties to invest in. We focus on properties in areas with strong economic fundamentals such as growth, high rental demand, and diverse employment opportunities.   Financial analysis is critical to determine the viability of the investment by evaluating expected returns, exit strategies, capital expenditures, operating efficiencies, and ultimately, net profit with short and long term projections.

Investing in multifamily properties can provide a steady stream of rental income, appreciation, tax benefits, and the opportunity to benefit from economies of scale. It can also be a great way to diversify your investment portfolio and reduce risk.

Our internal team handles all project planning and management and we have an extended team of experienced professionals – i.e. contractors, development consultants, architect, property managers – who take on the tasks where their expertise far outweighs ours.  Our professional property managers handle the day-to-day operations of each building, as well as leasing and tenant management.
