Value Add
In a value add opportunity we identify underperforming buildings that will benefit from a repositioning plan to significantly increase the current value and cash flow position of the property.
By maximizing revenues through renovations, capital expenditures, and value add features for tenants we aim to dramatically increase gross revenues. At the same time, operating expenses and overall management of the building is evaluated in order to create efficiencies in the operating budget.
The net impact is a higher net operating income, higher cashflow, and higher building valuation.
